Why New Trails?

If you're late-diagnosed neurodivergent, AuDHD, or carry complex trauma, you know this experience: your body learned that discomfort equals danger. And yes, that was true once. Your nervous system was protecting you.

But that response is now a fast-moving highway — too automatic, too reactive, too impossible to change while you're on it.

"You can't merge onto a highway going 80mph and expect to turn around. You need a different path entirely."

That's what we're building here. New trails. Regulation tools that meet you where you are. Practices rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), moon phase wisdom, and neurodivergent-affirming approaches to healing.

I'm emjay — your trail guide. Actually Autistic, AuDHD, navigating C-PTSD. I built these tools because I needed them. Now I'm sharing them with you.
